wHAT IS A Ppa?
A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a long-term contract between an energy provider (like us) and a client to supply solar electricity at a fixed rate - without the client paying upfront for the system.
How it works:
We design, finance, install, and maintain the solar system on your premises.
You purchase the electricity it generates at a fixed or slightly escalating rate per kWh - usually lower than Eskom’s tariffs.
The agreement typically runs for 10–20 years, ensuring price stability and predictable savings.
At the end of the contract, ownership can transfer to you, or the agreement can be renewed.
